Pixel & Manette was born from the desire to offer high-quality products primarily focused on PC gaming. For gamers, by gamers—that's our goal. We work with distributors mainly based in Montreal and Toronto and sell exclusively in Canada.

Frederick, founder of the company and entrepreneur in the professional IT, audio, and visual fields since 2014 under the name HBM Électronique, has also been a gamer for much longer. After several years selling on eBay, categorically refusing to sell on Amazon, he decided to embark on the adventure of e-commerce.

From where is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped from Canada without exception. Either from our offices located on the South Shore, or directly via our Canadian distributor located in the Greater Toronto Area.

Do you do dropshipping with China?

No! While a product on our site may indeed originate from China, we ensure it is received here on Montreal's South Shore to certify its quality before shipping. This applies to very few products (currently 0).
